Neurodiversity UK
Neuroinclusion Accreditation

Self-Assessment Tool

This tool helps organisations evaluate how neuroinclusive their workplace is across 8 key areas. Rate each statement honestly based on your current practices — there are no wrong answers. Your responses will generate a score, an accreditation level, and tailored recommendations to guide your next steps.

How It Works

  1. Work through 8 sections covering different areas of neuroinclusion — 10 questions each.
  2. Rate each statement from 0 (Not Started) to 3 (Established) based on your current practice.
  3. Your scores are calculated per section and overall, mapping to one of three accreditation levels.
  4. Receive practical recommendations tailored to your score in each area.
